Hi, I'm a newcomer to formal tutoring, but I have a lot of experience as a scientist, and have done lots of tutoring to classmates, coworkers, and undergraduate students and done a little undergraduate teaching. Those I've taught always found my explanations to be clear and straightforward, so my main strength in tutoring is giving students a clearer understanding of the subject, and maybe some practical understanding of how some scientific techniques actually work.
